When you find a prospect at a store or outside of your warm market, often times the prospect doesn’t have time right at that moment to hear about the business. They might be working or they might have their kids with them or whatever. So it is important that you get their information from them so you can contact them later. If you just hand out your business card without getting their information, there is a pretty good chance you won’t hear from them again.
